Can't : HPV is sexually acquired.  If the your hypothesis is accurate, then the logical conclusion--provided you and significant other remain monogamous--is that HPV will not be acquired.

Just follow doctor's advice, you'll be fine.

You are at risk to get hpv in your mouth through oral sex. Why not just get vaccinated?
