Gallbladder: The most common cause  would be gallstones. Other possibilities would be ulcer pain, reflux, pancreatitis and some types of liver disease. See your physician and get it checked out.

Pain under the: rib cage may be due to a collection of gas in the large intestine which curves under the rib cage on both sides of the abdomen...the "shaking" of running forces normal bowel gases to "collect" in those curves (eg on the left and more common side this is called "splenic flexure syndrome"  This diagnosis is only made when other causes are ruled out so an in person visit to your PCP is indicated. Gallbladder??: Right upper quadrant pain suggests gallbladder disease, ulcers, liver problems... A normal GB US does not totally rule out GB DZ. Have you had a HIDA scan with ejection fraction? That would be the next test to run unless you have signs and symptoms of ulcer disease.

Pleurisy: You're describing pleurisy. Since you take birth control pills, an unlikely but serious cause is a blood clot in your lung. The more likely cause is viral infection or even just muscular strain. But if this is new and because of the above, you need to be checked out to be sure it's not serious.
