Postures: Scoliosis, kyphosis, pectus excavatum, and unequal leg length or pelvic disorders can all cause abnormal postures. If you are concerned then see your physician to have those things checked out.

Exercise: Bad posture is usually related to bad habits.  Try using a lumbar support when sitting in a chair to help keep your shoulders back and neck neutral.  Another option is a posture support to wear under your clothes.  Try focusing on exercises that strengthen the core muscles and muscles in your back, especially the muscles between your shoulder blades.

Stength and Practice: Strengthening the back muscles such as the rhomboids can help pull your shoulders back and straighten your posture. Also, stretching exercises to the front of you body can loosen contracted muscle that keep you bent forward. Finally, keeping your neck and head in alignment keeps the rest of your body upright too. Most important in reversing poor posture is remembering to practice.

ANS dysfunction is rare.

Different mechanisms: The body has a number of compensatory mechanisms to keep our blood pressure from dropping as we change positions from laying to sitting to standing. There are some people who have baseline hypertension, when they change positions they can't mount these mechanisms because of an underlying autonomic dysfunction, weak heart, or they may not have enough fluids in their bodies. Meds can cause this too.

None.: There is nothing abnormal about a resting heart rate of 49/minute when one is lying supine.  One with your history should exercise regularly, keep yourself well hydrated and treat only  symptoms which might be related to your "pots".
