Resistance: Excercise will increase testosterone to some degree.  A high protein diet will help build muscle.  I'm not sure if there is a device to make the penis lager.  The vacuum may help by stretching tissue like in other parts of the body but can't tell u it works.  Testosterone though will not make it larger.  Good luck.

Unlikely : Only a chromosome test can fully diagnose Kleinfelters, but the adolescent males in my practice have all had small, soft testes with good body hair and penile size. Body shape is often familial.
