All : All plastic surgery procedures will vary with geography and with surgeon experience.  I encourage to contact a plastic surgeon near you and get a quote.  Don't let cost be the primary criterion that you use to choose your surgeon.  Bad surgery, no matter how cheap, is not worth the price.

Yes: After buttock augmentation with an implant, you may sit immediately, because, you won't actually be sitting on the implant (if you have good posture).

Depends: This depends on what medications you are on.  You will need to avoid blood thinners for about 2 weeks before surgery, this includes anti-inflammatory medications as well as some herbal products.

Butt : Butt augmentation can be performed by transferring your own fat or by using an implant.  Implants are more likely to have complications such as infections and tend to look unnatural but are easier to reverse by removing them.  Fat transfer results in a much more natural looking appearance and have lower risks involved but are more difficult to reverse.  Fat transfer also has an advantage in that you get additional body contouring because of the liposuction performed in other areas to harvest the fat needed to augment the buttock.

It is also important to keep in mind that with any surgical procedure "reversible" is a relative term.  You will never be able to return exactly the way you were before you had the procedure.

Cellulite occurs mainly in the pelvic region, lower limbs, and abdomen.  It is caused by the herniation of fat under the skin within connective tissue, leading to a padded or orange peelâ€“like appearance.

Because the implants are placed much below this level, it will not change the appearance of the cellulite.

YES. : Yes.  Butt buyer beware :).  If you have complications, going back can be expensive and finding a surgeon in the us to handle the complication may not be easy.  Remember, you usually get what you pay for.

Having said that, there are some very talented us trained doctors overseas.  Brazil is well known for its plastic surgeons but you may not find the price to be significantly cheaper when you figure all the costs.
