Likely an infection: Could be hpv virus or molluscum contagiosum both are sexually transmitted.  Would really need to see the lesions.  Around the corona, it is normal to have 1 mm sized skin colored papules called pearly penile papules for which nothing needs to be done as these are not infectious.
