Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

: The lesions are usually persistent and progressing.
There' re some genetic theories about this disease but I have not read about hereditary, especially if your immediate family members, parents and siblings), do not have this disease.
You should not worry too much.

???????: Second stage syphilis has lesions palms ; soles, also other symptoms. Latent syphilis is latent, meaning no symptoms. A blood test will reveal syphilis. Is the patient aged 4 ? Probably a virus. Possibly pustular dermatitis  or psoriasis. If any suspician of syphilis be sure to get the blood test.

Getting Worse: When one is getting worse then one communicates with their physician for 'Plan B"  or goes and gets a second opinion. It sounds like you may want to see a Dermatologist.

Usually: Most commonly shingles is accompanied by a rash. There is a very small percent of cases that do not have a rash. The usual duration is anywhere from one month up to approximately six months. For the last any longer than that it is then considered post to pick the router and can't unfortunately be a long term diagnosis.

More likely it’s a heat rash. Try avoiding tight clothing, drying skinfolds with a hair drier on cool setting after showering. If the rash is located  in skin folds or under breasts, it may be due to a skin yeast infection.

Dermatologist: This eruption would have to be examined by a physician or a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. It may be heat or sweat  related or a reaction to clothing or detergents. Wear a white undershirt and see a physician or dermatologist if the eruption doesn't clear.
