: This will depend on the cause of the rash which you did not say what it was.  Is it Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever? No likely unless you have had a tick bite and or been to the Rocky Mountains. Many different causes of palm rash. Dishwasher full time?

: This is a sexually transmitted disease through sexual fluids. It is not passed by simple contact as these germs are not exuding from your rash.

Multiple causes: The most common rash in her age group on the palms and soles is eczema but other possibilities include fungal infections and variations of psoriasis or a few rare conditions. Use only unscented soaps for handwashing and see a physician to see if a topical steroid cream is needed to treat the rash.

Hand foot mouth: That would be the most likely diagnosis with the rash on the palms, legs and tongue, combined with a sore throat.  Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen will help.  It lasts about 14 days.  If you want a sure diagnosis, then see the doctor for confirmation.

can plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) cause a blistering rash on palms of hands. is that a common side affect. i am also vomiting everyday.
