: It is probably random fasciculations and are not a cause for concern. If you have constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. Could be ...: This could be related to the twitching of your facial muscles. But it could also be related to irritation of one of the sensory nerves in that area or  less likely irritation of one of the teeth in that area.
