You should see your doctor and get a skin test or gamma indterferon release test now and if negaqtive again in 9 weeks.  Your risk of acquision depends on the closeness of your contact and the infectivity of the infected person.

yes if active: Any form of active pulmonary tuberculosis can be contagious. Fibrotic only refers to the appearance on imaging. Active pulm TB can have many appearances including fibrotic, cavitary, nodular, etc.
