Yes: There is still chest wall mobility.
As one grows, the tissues can still change and the depth of the excavatum may exaggerate.
Some other symptoms may occur as well  as one ages.

NO: Pectus ex. Is a congenital deformity of the chest wall.  If you build up your pec muscles the severity of the deformity may appear to be greater merely because the muscle is enlarged but it does not make the structural deformity worse.

No...: Pectus excavatum is mostly a cosmetic issue.  Some studies suggest that shortness of breath can be related to having a pectus, but repairs do little to change the symptoms that people have.  That said, you can see a thoracic surgeon to help find out if a pectus repair is something you would like to have done.

Yes, if...: During growth as an adolescent and young adult, the pectus can get worse .... Once no more growth as adult, then pectus should stop getting worse ...

Yes: Pectus excavatum means the chest has a sunken appearance.  If no heart or lung problems are present, the abdomen is unaffected. Six-pack abs requires eliminating fat and proper exercise program. Fat obscures the definition of the abs. To shed it requires proper nutrition and aerobic conditioning e.g. Running. Women naturally store more fat than men, so it is harder to have well defined abs.  Body fat low enough to have a six-pack may stop menstrual cycles, which is unhealthy.

Yes. : Pectus excavatum surgery is in part done for esthetic reasons so i always try to manage my patients' expectations. Results from surgery are good and you will see a noticeable improvement. Because the operation is done on a not normal chest wall, the end result will not be a completely normal looking chest.
