Neck/back injury: Your daughter needs to be examined at a hospital - based emergency department immediately as she may sustained a potentially serious injury to her neck and/ or upper back.   If it is impossible for her to move on her own,      she should remain still and you should request 911 ambulance transport to a hospital.   Please do not delay.

infected cyst removed 5/11, last cefdinir capsule 5/11. woke 5/13 with 2 hives on chest and slight swelling upper lip under nose. took one 25 mg benadryl. same swellings as while on cefdinir. is my body still reacting to cefdinir? or anxiety?

: Cefdinir far more likely.  Moreover, cefdinir belongs to a category of antibiotics called cephalosporins.  Very commonly used.  If your allergic to any one member of the class, you’re likely allergic to all.  Tell future docs that your allergic to “cephalosporins”.

is it safe to use tree te oil when you have sinuse and nose polyps       if yes how to use it?

No
No: It may be safe but i doubt that it would be helpful.  Nasal polyps if diagnosed properly is a genetic disease of the lateral wall  of the nose and may grow both into the nose and block the sinuses at the side and under the eyes.  Steroids by mouth or intranasal steroids may be helpful.  See an ENT doctor for a proper diagnosis to determine the size and location of the polyps.

Depends: It is normal to be colonized w staph in the nose.  Have you been cultured.  What are your specific concerns.

Nasal trauma: If your eyes are black and blue, probably nose is broken. No, no, X rays not needed - the ENT doctor can tell without them. Meantime cold compresses to reduce swelling. 
Actually more important to examine to see if there is a blood clot in the nasal septum because this can damage the cartilage and cause deformity. If your breathing is blocked, see an ENT specialist.

i found out today i was allergic to black walnut tree. what are the some of the the symptoms, just stuffy nose / runny nose?

Allergic rhinits: Nasal stuffiness, sneezing especially multiple times in the morning and cough are common symptoms. Nasal congestion often block openings of the sinuses and this may cause a sinus infection. If severe enough, you may also develop asthma. Oral or nasal antihistamines usually work. Occasionally, nasal steroids can also be used.

Get eval: You may have an infectious process which would require antibiotics,...so best to get the area evaluated to get properly diagnosed and treated.  Good luck.
