2+ weeks: This could take 2 or more weeks. As long as there is no sign of inflammation you should be ok.

Trauma/infection: Keep it clean and avoid squeezing it. Keep the area clean in the shower and use a rough facecloth to try and get it ti drain. If the hair doesn't come out or there is increased redness or drainage, see your doctor. All the best.

If having unprotected sex, and ulcer develops, see clinician asap to rule out herpes infection.
