Blind: They don't always change color when a person goes blind, but an opaque cornea will turn the front of the eye white. Also, cataract can turn the pupil dark yellow, brown, or white. Are you blind? Did someone tell you that your eye color changed?

Hard to change: It may not be possible to change which eye is dominant. This is like being left or right handed. Most people are right eye dominant regardless of handedness. Even if the eye has a problem that causes loss of vision, it may still be the dominant eye.

No...: You can use contact lenses.  This the easiest way.  Certain diseases can cause the eye to loose pigment and get lighter.  I would not recommend this method.  There is a laser treatment under development that can remove pigment from the eyes and make them lighter.  It is not readily available yet.  Stay tuned...

Dilation: A good eye exam often involves dilation which blurs reading vision for 4-5hr: longer in some cases.

You can't : Anatomically there is no way to change the size of the eyeball. Glasses prescriptions can change the relative size by magnification (farsightedness) or minification (nearsightedness) depending on the eyes power. Curiously does your small eye see well?  This eye may have deficient focus.  A exam can tell.

Possible: Prostaglandin eye drops can do this, but they are rarely, if ever, prescribed for this purpose.

Afterimages: What you are describing are normal.  They are called afterimages.
