Suggestion: There have been many skin tightening systems based on radio frequency technology no of wich have worked bery well. This is a area if intense research. Still to old standards are the best, such as chemical peel, and ablative laser treatment. The down side to these is the risk of scarring and color change.

Very unlikely: First, facial warts (papillomas) are rare. Most skin bumps on the face have other causes. Second, human papillomavirus (HPV), the virus that causes warts, is not so easily transmitted. In general, the virus has to be massaged into the exposed tissues for infection to take hold; or it requires exposure to infected wet fluids. That's why genital warts mostly occur at sites of friction during sex.
