? social phobia: A social phobia is one of a group of anxiety disorders in which it is increasingly difficult to interact in group settings.  At their worst, social phobia's can be pretty crippling and prevent people from joining in situations they would have previously enjoyed.  Psychotherapy with a licensed,  psychologist or therapist can be enormously beneficial, as can meds sometimes. Your pcp can help set up!

how normal would it be for seroquel (quetiapine) to cause slurry speech, difficulty talking?

Possibly : Seroquel (quetiapine)  could cause those symptoms but you would usually expect the dose might be too high  or had interacted with another medication. It can cause involuntary motor movements which if they involved the mouth could affect speech.  If those symptoms are sudden in onset a more serious cause like stroke needs to be considered and needs to be evaluated immediately in an er.  If not the call provider.

"Normal"?: Depends on your definition of "normal." Strictly speaking, migraines aren't "normal." Are there migraineurs who have very infrequent auras such as you describe? Yes. If you're one of them, count yourself lucky. Better seldom than frequent.
