Hormone dose: The difference is that the "lo" version has less estrogen than the other.  The one that is best is the one that works well for you.  Breakthrough bleeding and contraceptive failure may be higher with the "lo" version.

LoSeasonique: Loseasonique is a low dose version of seasonique, both containing the same hormones, levonorgestrel/ethinyl estradiol. As both seasonique and loseasonique contain same ingredients in different proportions, the precautions with seasonique are nearly the same as are with loseasonique. Check with your doctor regarding your reactions to loseasonique.

Yes: Both of these medications have the same type of estrogen and the same type of progesterone, and they also have both of these in the same amount.  Loseasonique is an extended cycle.

Yes, : Yes, nipple changes are a normal side effect of birth control pills. Birth control pills contain hormones that can have physical side effect on the body (due to hormones) which include changes in nipple color and shape, breast tenderness, breast fullness, bloating, mood swings, change in menstral cycle and other side effects. Many women experience these side effects as a result of taking the additional hormone.

NO IT DOES NOT: I have not found any effect of zoloft or Paxil (paroxetine) on loseasonique.

Common.: Breakthrough bleeding and annoying spotting is more common on LoSeasonique because you are not having a regular period every month as you would on a regular type of pill.   LoSeasonique is a low dose pill making breakthough bleeding even more common.  You might consider switching to a pill that gives you a regular period or try regular Seasonique.  Best wishes!

is there any differences between taking non-stop contraceptive ld and seasonique for stoping my periods for 3 months?

Probably not: I'm not familiar with Contraceptive LD, but if it a low -dose monophasic (dose doesn't change during month) combination (has both and estrogen and progestin component) OCP, it will probably work. Most pills have 3 weeks of active pills and one week of placebo. Don't take the placebo pills, and don't take a break before starting the next pack. You will need 4 packs of pills every 3 months.

i've been taking seasonique every night between 10pm & 12am (started at 10pm).is it perfect use or do those 1 or 2 hours result in late use or missed?

Fine: You are doing so much better than most that you should be congratulated. Most people have no problems with 1 or 2 hours. If you start having some breakthrough bleeding, that will be a sign that you can't tolerate even that small amount of variation but I think you are practically perfect!

Many but effects?: I am sure that there are many that make these claims, however, the effects will vary from virtually no side effects or results to more extensive effects particularly if they are hormonal analogues, with similar effects to oral contraceptives or estrogen replacement with head aches, weight or fluid gain, tenderness, masses, increased clotting tendencies, etc.
