Contacts/eye pain: It could be that her right eye has dried out and can be painful. She can apply refresh eye drops OTC to lubricate daily. If pain persists, take contacs off and see eye MD to check if has irritation, iritis or other issue.

Take A Look: Any chemical exposure in the eye has the potential for problems. Depending on the pH and whether acidic or basic will make a significant difference.
Ongoing eye symptoms should always be taken seriously and seeing a doctor or eye specialist for an in-person exam ASAP is prudent in all cases.

See MD: Sounds to me like you need a visit to Urgent Care, you need a full history and physical exam. I would not take NSAIDs if you are vomiting. You need vital signs, urine culture, physical exam. Drugs can be given for the nausea and Nexium for the GERD. With regard to eye pain, you need ocular pressures checked by an Ophthalmologist to rule out acute closed angle glaucoma, especially w/vision change

Not likely.: Your symptom complex  encompasses neurological, cardiovascular, and potentially vestibular systems all of which may be connected.  However, they cannot be attributable to a 6mm pineal gland.  A thorough history and exam in person are necessary to have a chance at a diagnosis.  It sounds like someone has already started  the process so I suggest you continue.

Eye pain: Try artificial tears, warm compresses, ointment at night, and fish oil supplements (since the most common cause of eye discomfort is dry eye).  If no improvement, see an eye doctor since it could be something serious.

Many causes!: Abrasion, acute glaucoma, iritis, infection, foreign body etc.  Get checked out very quickly to determine the cause.
