Hmmm: If he/she fell from a height (a chair, table etc.) then you should see the doc just to be sure. Most falls while standing, walking or running do not cause severe injuries unless the child lands on something very hard or pointed.  Lacerations need stitches of course, but bruises/lumps heal fine. If the child starts vomiting go to er. If the child acts very  tired or lethargic/sleepy go to the er.

Tick bite reaction: Perhaps all of the tick was not removed, or you became infected.  If the head was in your skin for a week, it is advised that you see your doctor about preventative antibiotics to be sure you did not get a tick disease that can hide away in your body then cause severe problems

Lump in armpit: If you shave or wax there, it may be an ingrown hair that has caused a small collection of oil/skin that you can feel, like a pimple. It is common in that location. Try soaking it for 20 minutes or so, a couple times a day, to see if it comes to a head so you can get it to open up and drain. If it is red, tender, a doctor can open it for you.
