Interesting.: There is some genetic work going on. Some where in your family background someone may have had a gene for red hair. If you are very much concerned please consult with a dermatologist but I think the "problem" is benign. .

No.: Show me someone with every single hair exactly the same color, and I'll show you someone with dyed hair. There is natural variation in every head of hair. Everybody has a few "rogue" hairs, if you look carefully enough. No worries.

Infected cyst: Antibiotics may be ableto quiet it down but it probably needs to be drained. The cyst wall will be removed at the time of drainage. The cyst wall may need to be removed later after the infection has resolved.

Folliculitis: Small itchy red bumps that then develop a white head and appear in crops may be an infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis.  Folliculitis is commonly caused by bacteria on the skin.  Warm compresses may be applied to the rash but often it will resolve on it's own.  Avoid shaving the affected region until the rash clears.

When purpura spots are very small, they are called petechiae. Large purpura are called ecchymoses.
Platelets help the blood clot. A person with purpura may have normal platelet counts (nonthrombocytopenic purpuras) or low platelet counts (thrombocytopenic purpuras). See your doctor.

Wrong question: You assume you were "bitten". Did you capture something in the act? If you did you could identify it. You have sores on your scalp. Best see a dermatologist for diagnosis with treatment accordingly. Be sure of 1 thing: it has nothing to do with spiders.
