There is: no "risk" since Aleve (naproxen) is NOT "addictive" The question is what are you taking it for??????
The underlying reason for the need for pain medication should be addressed !!

Wait it out: Why did you take three pills? if you were trying to hurt yourself, you need to seek counseling. Taking three pills once will not do lasting damage, however why you did that needs to be addressed.

Usually not: In a perfectly healthy individual usually not lethal but in someone with other medical problems like stomach or heart problems or on blood thinners, it has the potential to cause major stomach bleeds that can be fatal or precipitate heart failure which can potentially be lethal.  At that dose the risk outweighs any potential benefits.

: Since the dosage in nonprescription Aleve is less than prescription strength naproxen, there shouldn't be a problem with your taking 3 within 24 hours unless you have medical contraindications or intolerance to NSAIDs.

No: The blood thinning properties of aleve (naproxen) are very small compared to aspirin.

Yes: Mucinex D tablets contain a combination of guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine. You can safely add Aleve or other NSAID safely.

: Excedrin contains caffeine, acetominohen and aspirin. Since you already have alleve (naproxen), a relative of aspirin, I don't recommend you're taking excedrin. Instead take plain acetominophen(Tylenol) according to instructions.

it might: Aleve, (naproxen) a low dose of  naproxyn does have an effect on platelets limiting their ability to help in clot formation. If you are sensitive to it or are taking alot you could develop easy bruising and it might take a little longer for bruises to heal.

: Yes. These drugs can be taken together or separately as you wish. They do not interfere with each other.
