Ok: Your serum iron level and tibc are normal and thus you are not iron deficient. However as a young menstruating woman you would be wise to take a daily iron supplement.

More complicated : Normal lab values in part depend on which lab is performing the test. Normal iron levels range from 30 - 170 mcg/dl.   There are better tests for checking iron stores however.  Most commonly looked at are hemoglobin (12 - 16 g/dl) and hematocrit (37 - 47%) - normal values in parentheses, but ferritin  (15 - 200 mg/ml) is a good test to look at total body stores of iron.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual results. Was it serum iron or ferritin and what was or were the values?
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Not to worry: In some labs that would be a normal range. Low ferritin means you're low on iron. Since you been getting iron treatment your new ferritin level probably indicates it's time to back off or slow down.hi ferritin can be from inflammation or too much iron or if it's chronic hemachromatosis. Which since you've had low iron wouldn't be the case. Good health
