Stop.: Those symptoms are side-effects of adipex. Please try another way of losing weight, the safer way. See if you could find a functional nutritionist who can help you do a body cleanse then start you on a good , sensible diet to a permanent weight loss. Regular exercise with a balance diet also helps.

Relax some: Two decades ago there was much concern over the association of taking the combination of phentermine &amp; fenfluramine in a rare form of heart damage.  Taken by itself, it is not a problem. It is good they have been monitoring your condition, but I would not loose sleep over it.

Your doctor recommended this medication because the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects.
