When a man is trying to get his partner pregnant, then excess ejaculation can be a problem particularly if the sperm count starts low. I recommend o my male infertility patients that they should have an ejaculation about every other day near female ovulation. Otherwise no worry.

Happy more often?: Really nothing except experiencing the pleasure of orgasm.  If one is ejaculating to the point that it interferes with lifestyle, work, relationships, emotional and mental health or causes damage to the sex organs and related tissues, then one should moderated and re-evaluate their activities.  Ejaculation in of itself is healthy for the prostate and sexual health.
