Very early: At 11 weeks one would not expect to be “showing” yet. The fetus is very small and the uterus is so small it is typically still tucked behind the pubic bone. Regardless, it is important to schedule prenatal care so that you will have an Obgyn to help guide you through the pregnancy process.

Yes, but...: Yes there are reasons, but at 11 weeks if you have not had any troubles yet, it's highly unlikely. Early pregnancy loss after 12 weeks is really uncommmon. Congratulations, and good luck!

20 weeks: Typically, it is not until 20 weeks.  Some women will feel flutters sooner, perhaps as early as 16 weeks.  This may depend on the location of the placenta.

Tylenol usage: One extra Tylenol pill will not affect your developing fetus. However, make your OB MD aware of the ingestion and he can check on your baby.

No: Petrolatum jelly is inert and non-toxic.  It acts by providing physical barrier rather than pharmacological action.  Safe for you and the baby.

Unlikely: It is a challenge to detect fetal heart activity with an ultrasound machine at 11 weeks. It's even harder to do without technology.

Talk to Dr: It's normal to have a little bit of spotting, but you may want to consider an ultrasound to determine that the embryo is okay at this point. You may also want to ask your doctor if it's necessary to continue to Progesterone at this point in time. Up to 25% of pregnancies have bleeding at some point. It doesn't always mean miscarriage but you should follow up with your doctor.
