Urine analysis: I betcha your UA is registering "epi" cells.  These are normal kidney or ureter or bladder or even vaginal cells. Sometimes the tech will report "squamous" cells. Urine pH is also reported but normal range is 5 to 7.  Shedding these cells is not particularly worrisome, but interpretation requires a reading of what else is in the urine and if an illness is apparent.  Suggest repeat and discussion
