Urine or semen passes through that injured urethra so blood should be present but the color should change from dark red to pink then pinkish color and urine color should be back to normal soon. This bleeding is most often self limited but you should abstain from masturbation for a couple days.

If this fluid comes in contact with the vagina, sperm can be introduced and there is a chance you can get pregnant.

The pregnancy hormone can be detected in the urine 14 days after conception (sperm meets egg).If you miss your period, take a pregnancy test. In the meantime, you can talk to your doctor about birth control options.
