Lump: I do not know how old you are but these symptoms could be caused by an abdominal aortic aneurysm in usually an older person ?However I would see a physician to get a definitive diagnosis

May be normal findin: If you are thin and lying down, it could be possible to see/feel the pulsation of your aorta in your abdomen. If you are obese, this would be more difficult to see. I assume you are 19?...It would be extremely unusual for a 19 y.O to have an aneurysm...But this would be the most important finding to rule out...This can be done by a physical exam...Or an ultrasound , or a ct scan ..

Not necessarily bad.: There is some people that can feel the beat of blood flowing through their blood vessels and this can be normal for them. If you are having abdominal pain, suffer of a cardiovascular(heart) condition, shortness of breath, etc. then at your age this most likely normal. If you are in doubt and this new in you have your doctor check and give you a final answer on it.

Need more info: It is not uncommon to feel your heart beat. Sometimes you may notice it more than others. However if your aortic valve leaks it can cause your body to shake with each beat. An echo may show this. You should get it checked out.

A couple of things-: Sometimes you may be able to see the pulsations of the abdominal aorta - especially if you are thin.  Movement in the abdomen may be the result of gasses and liquids passing through your gastrointestinal tract. Take care.
