Need to find cause: To stop the burning, you need to figure out the cause and reverse it.  It may be an infection, which culture will reveal it.  Some people have chronic infections.  If they vary and change with periods, you may need to see an ob/gyn.

about 4 years ago i tried to od on acetaminophen. since then, any time i drink something other than water my urine burns. is there any fix for this that would be extremely expensive?

: I do not think acetaminophen toxicity have any long term effect on your bladder and I could not figure out why you have burning with voiding to any fluid intake except water. At least, you should have a formal urinalysis done first then we can figure more from there.

Blisters on penis: Your symptoms are very descriptive of Genital Herpes, you need to see a physician who can examine you, take a sample for diagnosis and prescribe treatment if necessary. That should not affect your kidney function, even though you were born with one kidney

Genital ulcers: It is difficult to understand how mis-inserting a catheter into the vagina could cause ulcers or pain. The problem may not have been caused by the catheter. The most common cause of painful genital ulcers is genital herpes; also other viral infections; severe yeast infection; allergic reaction, e.g. a vaginal hygine product. See a doctor ASAP for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
