IBD: As a 20 yo, my first concern would be inflammatory bowel disease, especially ulcerative colitis.  It's unlikely that this is a malignant condition, but you really need to be seen soon for GI evaluation.  Don't delay, and good luck.

: Constipation is not as common as diarrhea with Covid-19 infection. Your symptom seems opposite with other patients. There is nothing to concern even if the dark/blackish color may imply occult blood in your stool which may happen in Covid-19 infection. Only concern do you have significant abdominal pain. Otherwise, eat light diet for a day or two, your normal bowel habit will return.

Stool color: The stool can be colored differently depending upon what we have eaten. The color of the stool can then affect the color of the toilet water. This does not sound alarming, and likely you will see fluctuation in the color as your diet fluctuates.

Likely normal: Texture of stool can normally vary from firm to very soft depending uponon how much fiber plus how much fluid (essentially water) it contains. Consistency of stool is also dependent upon diet. For instance, most fruit will plus adequate fluid intake will keep your stool soft. Whereas, poor fluid intake and eating lots of cheese will keep your stool hard. Color change reported is normal..

Depends: First stool is dark sticky and green and called meconium stool.  Over time it turns yellow and goes from very loose to well-formed.  These changes are allc normal.  When you start feeding her so-called solid foods, though they are Not very solid, the color, texture, frequency of the stools will change.

Probably nothing: The only bad colors for stool are white (bile duct blockage), black (could be old blood) and red (blood). Spots of brown are probably diet related (some food you ate which is not completely digested).
