You really need to have your legs examined.

It is best to see a Sport medicine or PMR specialist for a thorough evaluation. In the meantime ice and anti-inflammatories as necessary are recommended.

This is very : Likely a manifestation of your lymphoma.  As an isolated issue no big deal, but tit probably reflects how the disease is changing throughout your body.  You and your doctor will monitor the pace of change and your symptoms.

All need examined and testing to see how to optimize back toward steady-state. Should see his dr (/specialist) for evaluation.

Infection????: I would recommend you see your medical doctor and have them evaluated. Make sure it is the lymph nodes for starters. The lymph nodes are your bodies filters. Something is causing them to swell, you need to find out why.

See below: The most common and likely cause of cracking/popping in front of the knee is an irritated or early wear of the knee cap cartilage or the surface cartilage of the thigh bone that it rubs. Other causes could include a meniscus tear, plica, patellar tendonitis etc. Some fluid build up in the knee causes cracking. Try therapy, antiinflammatories, ice and sometimes a knee sleeve. See orthopedist.
