Need more info: Why was the test done? Who ordered the test? If you have concern about STD, get tested for these diseases, in consultation with your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

got my penile discharge tested by a path lab and my report stated "no gonococci seen, few gram+ve cocci few seen and pus cell 1+ seen". what does this mean ? after which i consulted a doctor and he gave me medication and i have recovered but i am st?

: You have nongonococcal urethritis, which is an STD. You should have also been tested for chlamydia, but half of all NGU has no known cause. You should be treated with doxycycline. Your sex partner(s) also need to be treated. If your doctor or clinic isn't following these standard recommendations, consider finding an STD expert. Good luck.

This might be the reason why your nocturnal emissions have stopped. You might need to ask your doctor if there are other issues.
