High white cell?: Low IgM per se is unlikely to be of major clinical importance but a persistently high WBC  requires further evaluation by a hematologist in the absence of an acute or chronic infection. On the other hand, a transiently elevated WBC (no more than a week duration) is likely from an acute infection be it viral or bacterial.

This could be from a bladder infection, kidney infection, or even a vaginal infection (if the urine wasn't collected properly.)  it is important to continue under your doctor's care until the urine is completely back to normal with no further white blood cells.

There are a other common conditions include stress polycythemi, a and more rarely, polycythemia rubra vera,  these causes are all easy to excluded!

Have you seen?: Have you seen a hematologist? Increased red cell count can be primary (bone marrow problem) or secondary (many possibilities, including smoking for example). Low B12 can be very serious. Get folate (folic acid) on board first then begin B12 replacement. Sounds like you need to seek help from experienced md. Perhaps a hematologist.
