No...But: Not taking the contraband in the first place could definitely avoid a positive test.  And this is one of the very few times in medicine that I will 100% guarantee my answer (well there are those FALSE positive tests I guess!).

Yes: Can be used with no specific time duration.  Products can be used topically for burns and inflammatory conditions, and can be injested for digestive issues (only under a doctors supervision).

Not aware of any.: Aloe vera juice can assist with digestion if ingested prior to a meal. It can be used to prevent & treat constipation.  Aloe vera is reported to help some types of anemia. Some studies suggest that it may be helpful with weight loss & lowering blood glucose levels.

Not necessarily: Aloe (straight from the plant) can be helpful for healing burns or abrasions. But it is not an acne treatment. Some people can have significant sensitivity to aloe. Take care.

Aloe Precaution: Like many plant preparations, aloe may have different uses from different parts of the plant. Aloe vera gel on skin irritations has been reported as soothing and cooling. Other Aloe plant parts taken by mouth has been report as having a major laxative effect. This is erroneously assumed to be a cause of "weight loss". In reality it is a loss of solid waste from the bowels. Better laxatives exist.

About hives...: Hives are raised, itchy bumps caused by histamine, a chemical released during an allergic reaction. Blocking histamine with an oral anti-histamine will help prevent new hives from forming, and help current hives fade away. For kids older than 1 year, oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can be used. For kids over 2 years, oral Zyrtec or Claritin can be used. Hydrocortisone 1% cream can also help.

my legs are itching like crazy everywhere a couple days after shaving. i use dove body wash to shave. i always put lotion on after shaving. what can i do? i tried putting on aloe vera gel but it hasnt helped at all?

Possible: There is no proven scar healer out there that I am aware of, keeping the area clean and soft should help with decreasing the amount of scar build up.  I have always thought that sunblock for the first year on a scar is important to avoid excessive scarring as sun damage can exacerbate a scar.  Most scars overtime though do improve, the body usually does a good job at healing itself.
