i received my labs back and my wbc are high 12.2 , my mch is low 25.3 and my lymphs (absolute) are high 4.9 . what does this mean should i be worried ?

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the results you provided are not a cause for concern.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

It usually means: you have an infection somewhere that is causing it to rise above normal. Do you have some type of infection?

Having said that,  if you mean in urine results, it is suggestive of infection. Specifically it means that five white blood cells were seen in each high power field of the microscope.

It's more important that no abnormal cells were reported on your smear. Follow-up as your physician directs, if at all.
