: For female genitalia, vagina is near the urethra so I think you have trapped air in the vagina. I wonder if you have this symptom more after sex or just any time. In general, there is nothing serious about this symptom; however, if you have other new symptom then you should see a GYN doctor for a thorough pelvic exam. Good luck.

i have a tiny hole in my clitoris, i'm sure it's not my urethra, something white comes out, like a dough. i do not know if it's normal :( i just noticed that it is more than one small hole, all with discharge?

: Probably you have a sebaceous cyst. In itself it is harmless, but such cysts can become infected. See a doctor to judge whether it should be treated, perhaps with very minor surgery. Avoid expressing discharge for a few days before you are examined, so you can demonstrate it to the doctor. Good luck.

Growth: Unfortunately, without seeing it, it's hard to know what it may be. It may be a benign growth such as hyperplasia or a polyp or a skin tag, but to have peace of mind, you will need to see a doc.

Here are some...: How have the described flaps bothered you? Does the look of flaps bother you or do they hurt you? If not hurting and being checked as normal, I would say they are the normal variation with no clinical significance.  Remember, we are born perfectly the same. Of course, without a direct look at, it is still hard to tell what these flaps may be for sure, clinically, they could be embryonal remnants.

Irritant: It may be an irritant in your underwear, such as incomplete removal of laundry detergent, your soap, or any other toiletries you may be using. Trying changing one thing at a time for a week or so to see if it makes a difference.
