See doctor: Sounds like trauma (from intercourse, riding a bike, jeans zipper rubbing, masturbation, or some other direct contact to the area) has possibly caused soft tissue injury and maybe a burst blood vessel. Apply pressure to stop the bleeding, ice for swelling, and see doctor for evaluation and further treatment if needed.

Intact Hymen: It usually would not be completely intact - because an imperforate hymen is a congenital disorder which would not allow blood to flow from the uterus out of the body. However, what is likely meant is that there is no tearing or other findings related to tearing of the hymen. You may or may not bleed with sexual intercourse. Clitoral stimulation should not have an impact.

Stopped by now: If coital activity 11 hours ago caused abrasion or laceration of (or around) the clitoris, no significant bleeding should be going on any longer.  If so, you should seek medical attention.  The area will be painful for 4 - 7 days, but should heal with no long-term consequences.  Healing might be more problematic if the bleeding is persistent, signifying a more serious injury.

Stay cool: First treat the injury as you would a similar injury anywhere on your body, namely keep the injured part clean (soap &amp; water is all that is needed). You might want to apply a small amount of over the counter antibiotic ointment daily. It's not really convenient to say the least, to apply a "Band-Aid" to your clitoris so I would suggest that you apply a sterile gauze pad. Avoid sex until healed

Gynecology Exam: Without an exam it's impossible to say what may be wrong &amp; how long it may take to heal. You may have an infection. I suggest you get a gynecology exam as soon as possible. If  you do not have a gynecologist who can see you today please go to an Urgent Care Center for an exam. The sooner you are properly evaluated &amp; treated the better. Of course, always bring the info on the onset, degree, duration, evolution, &amp; progress of symptoms and their potentially related discomforts over time to Doc for analysis + exam + tests as needed so to deduce Dx for Rx timely

: It is not normal for there to be bleeding there. Did you have vigorous intercourse or use other instruments which may have damaged the area? I would wash it gently with soap and water and keep it clean. If it appears to be infected or continues to bleed,  you should see your doctor or your gynecologist. Good luck.
