THC pills: You might be referring to marinol, which any physician in any state can prescribe.  You don't have to be in las vegas.  However, it is usually prescribed only for very sick people with cancer, etc. In some, it may calm chemotherapy-related nausea, and improve appetite when there has been extensive weight loss.

No: They will make you flush, but they don;t remove anything from the body, let alone thc.  If you are being tested, and you continue to smoke marijuana, then you need to recognize that it is causing you problems and you have a drug abuse issue. Get help stopping if you need it.

: There is no significant interference with the efficacy of "Plan B" emergency contraceptive, however, "Plan B" is not 100% certain to prevent pregnancy.  Ask your GYN physician about low dose oral bcp's, which have a higher % of certainty.
