Sometimes there is weight loss, dry skin, and fatigue, but even with advanced AIDS, most people look fine. If you are worried someone you know might have HIV or is at risk, suggest testing. For sure do not judge a possible sex partner by appearance.

Hiv is a t-cell disease that in advanced stages leaves creates susceptibility to certain viruses, fungi, and atypical bacteria.

No : Lupus is an auto immune disorder. Aids is an infection that destroys one immune system. They both are very serious diseases that can make one very ill but the cause of each is very different.

No special link: A person can have neither herpes nor AIDS, or she can have both herpes and AIDS.  She can also have herpes without AIDS, or have AIDS without herpes.  Thus, there is no special link between the 2 diseases.

AIDS is not cured: Nope. There is no cure for HIV infection yet.  But, there is excellent treatment to fully suppress the virus.
