holter monitor results normal, note said "patient diary was submitted, symptoms noted, no patient events noted." does that mean nothing was seen when these events were noted? have had two holter's in 10 years & both normal. should they feel at ease?

Both of these are "non-significant" so they probably are not significant.  But its significance would depend on why you were getting the holter in the first place. You may require a pacemaker and also antiarryhymic medication. A cardiologist is best qualified to evaluate,advise and treat you and I recommend that you consult one as soon as possible these rhythm disturbances can cause fainting,severe palpitations,etc.
