Are these lumps new : Most breasts are a little lumpy, but and lumps that change should be checked. Ter ware certain risk factors that increase the likely hood that a lump could be a bad limp.  While you are waiting for your doctors appointment try eliminating caffeine and see if that makes a difference.

No: Always and never are words we seldom use in medicine. That said, any suspicious lumps should be evaluated and women should faithfully get their age and risk-appropriate screening tests (like mammograms).  Better be safe than sorry.

: Skin dimpling on your breasts can be a sign of cancer or it can just be a dimple. I have seen breast cancer is very young ladies with a strong family history of cancer. So I would definitely get that checked by your doctor.

Get an ultrasound: These could be hormonal changes or caused by caffeine intake.  At 22, an ultrasound is the best way to image the breasts.

Lab ?'s: Lab values are normal for your age except for low progesterone on "day 21", however if your "periods are irregular", this also may be normal if you did not ovulate previous to "day 21".   Fibroadenomas of the breast are common at any age post pubertal. Ask your physician about low dose oral contraceptives which will reduce the fibroadenomas for easier exams.
