Head-to-toe: First: vital signs. Heart rate, blood pressure, weight, height. We will also check their vision. Then a head to toe exam just like in previous exams. ENT, heart, lungs and abdomen. We look for signs for the onset of puberty including pubic hair, and testicular size. We talk to the child about maturation, general safety, activity specific safety, avoiding high risk behaviors, school and friends.

Blood tests: "Routine" blood tests do not check for Lyme disease. A blood test for Lyme disease would be done when a suspicion for the disease from the history and/or physical warrants it.

Bring all past info: Since it is a first visit he will take a detailed personal history, ask you about your family history of illnesses, your social history, do a thorough physical exam, a laboratory exam and then a discussion of the results with you. If you have any lab results from last year and if you are on any meds bring that info with you. And if you have particular questions write them out and bring them.

Self exam: It is important to have a physician examine your testicles from time to time. While testicular cancer Between the late teens and early 30s, it can occur at any point in life. Self examination of the testicles, at least once per month, is recommended. You may not know what you’re feeling for but if you examine them regularly you can certainly detect changes.

Comments: Why do you fear an aneurysm?  Did a family relative suffer from one?  A physical exam by your doctor is totally inadequate to prove or disprove presence of aneurysm, but an MRI could do a far better job.

You need to look after yourself with healthy food and good hydration.
Lack of certain minerals or salts might give you these symptoms like potassium, calcium or magnesium 
Also it is important to keep yourself well hydrated 
And yes calf twitching and spasms can be painful
