Yes: It's a very efficient way of transmitting gonorrhea to the throat. You can probably catch infectious mononucleosis and/or cytomegalovirus this way. Whether HIV can be transmitted efficiently this way is controversial -- three classic large studies had negative results but think about a condom in any case.

Anal Warts: Hpv is found in the mouth so my guess is that it can be transmitted to the anus. I would think the reverse is true also.   I am not sure so i hope others can chime in on this question.

HIV: If you are the one receiving the hand job, then it is your semen and you could not become infected. If you are giving a hand job there could be a small risk if you had an open cut that came into contact with semen.

Doctor's with ADHD: One of my fellow medical students had adhd. I don't believe that special accomodations were made for him. He received phtreatment. He still needed to learn the same information (the pace was gruelling) and to accomplish the same tasks as the other students. Maybe, other doctors on healthtap have different experiences than this.

: This sort of event has an understandable "yuck" factor, but it really is not dangerous at all. Just wash the area with soap and water. Nothing will happen (and probably would not even without washing).

It's not true: Charles schwab, founder of the investment firm, has quite severe learning disabilities, as do many other people who are quite successful in a wide range of fields.  Depending on the type of ld, some lines of work may be easier than others, but it need not be a barrier--and should not become an excuse.

Possible but unusual: If the partner you give a handjob to has herpetic lesions or warts, you can get warts and herpes on your hand.  Since these stds are transferred by skin to skin contact, if you touch your privates after without washing your hand, it can transfer as well.
