Yes: Asymptomatic vaginal discharge is normal. It is considered abnormal if it is causing itching, burning,or has an odor. Vaginal infections often are associated with a yellowish or greenish discharge sometimes tinged with blood.

Maybe: Bacterial vaginosis (due to gardnerella sp), candida (yeast) and trichomoniasis are all infections that can cause discharge and are readily detected on  pap exam.

: If you do not think you leak urine (underwear gets wet) then you may have symptoms of vaginitis although you have not had sexual contact. You can try warm sitz bath with baking soda (1 tablespoon of baking soda in 2 liters of warm water) 10-15 minutes, two - three times/day for a day or two until the symptoms resolve. See a doctor if symptoms do not improve.

It can be thin or thick ; white to yellowish. Leukorrhea usually doesn't cause an odor. If you have an odor which causes redness, itching, burning, swelling or foul odor – please have it evaluated.
