Cysts: Multiple cysts just under the skin. The condition is called steatocystome multiplex. Creams are marginally effective. The cysts can opened and drained or each one can be cut out but that would lea e multiple small scars. This is cosmetic in nature and the cysts become rarely infected.

wore spanx underwear and they made the crease of my right groin and thigh sore. that evening, i felt a small lump under the skin in the same area. four days later, soreness is gone but lump remains. lump is harder to find when laying down. help!

Spanx &amp; Lumps: Spanx are very constricting and if ill fitted can cut off the blood and lymphatic flow through the inguinal (groin) area. Additionally, any hair follicles that are compressed by the elastic of the Spanx can cause a low grade bacterial infection (folliculitis).  There are lymph nodes in that area that will enlarge when that occurs. If the "lump" is still present in 10 days, see a MD for assessment.

what does it mean when your neck hurts to the point where you cant even put your head down on a pillow cause it hurts to do that,ive had headaches for months but nothing shows on tests,no fever,have hip implants,not sure i can sleep on stomach.so why?

: At this time I recommend being seen by a neurologist to determine the type &amp; cause of your headaches. Can they be caused by chronic  osteoarthritic spurs in your neck vertebrae or are they muscle contraction tension type headaches?  Simple xrays  of the neck can demonstrate osteoarthritic spurs &amp; narrowing of the foramina where nerves exit the neck&amp; travel up to the scalp. ?An MRI of the neck&amp;head

: Without seeing a definite diagnosis cant be made. No it is not normal for your age. But it sounds benign and can be taken care of by your MD easily. You will be fine.

Lymph node: It sounds like a lymph node.  Could be the sign of an infection somewhere.  You may want to get examined.  Get well soon!

Probably ok: This sounds like it could be a subcutaneous cyst or lipoma.

Probable lipoma: A lipoma is a localized thickening of the fat of the skin. Lipomas are nuisance problems, and are easily removed if they cause enough discomfort or grow large enough. Plugged skin glands (cysts) are also common causes of small lumps in the skin.
