cause of these stomach cramps? ive had them for 2 days although they have lessened a bit since day 1. i have been bedridden except to use the toilet like every hour because ive also been unusually thirsty. also been cold and constipated whole time?

: I am more concerned about the thirsty symptom, frequent urination and constipation. If you are dehydrated you will be thirsty and constipated but not frequent voiding so frequent voiding can be the cause of dehydration then thirstiness and constipation. Do you have any underlying medical condition? You should be examined and have some basic blood tests done. Urgent care is fine because of weekend.

Many possibilities: Should definitely be evaluated by your doctor. Diabetes is a possibility, but there are many potential problems that need to be investigated.

If your thirsty and: constipated, you are not drinking enough fluids or drinking way too much caffeine in coffee, tea, cola drinks, chocolate, energy drinks and/or alcohol. You also may want to be checked for diabetes

Fiber is good but: If you are not drinking enough fluid it can lead to constipation., thirst and back ache. Remember caffeine and alcohol dehydrate and lead to constipation. Generally i recommend 80-100 ounces of caffeine free/alcohol free fluids every day. It will take 10-14 days of this regimen to see improvement. If not better need to have a GI workup for other causes of constipation.

You might: Have a serious condition such as appendicitis which is causing dehydration.   Get to a hospital immediately.

Yes: Sounds like he has an infection and is severely dehydrated, needs evaluation asap.
