Yes, possibly: Your ilium is the large wing-shaped pelvic bone. The medial portion of your ilium is the part closer to your spine.  A lesion in your ilium could cause pain in your back and buttock area, but so could many other things  including a compressed nerve (from a bulging disc), a tight piriformis muscle,  or inflammation in your sacroiliac joint. It sounds like your pain "refers", making me think nerve.

Many possibilities: You could be describing a hernia, appendicitis, ovulatory, tubal or other gynecologic problems, kidney stones, hernia, bowel problems and many other.  It would depend on when it started, the progress of the pain, any fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention and many other factors.  I believe you should see a doctor asap for evaluation and treatment.

i suffered a massive frature during a hip replment, had bone graphts, my old mhe has regrown the doc thinks it chondrosarcome, did the frature cause it?

Pathological fractur: The fracture did not cause the chondrosarcoma but the other way around. The chondrosarcoma caused a pathological fracture.

The list could include constipation, obstruction, endometriosis & adhesions depending upon your surgical & obstetric history. Go see your family doctor for complete evaluation, diagnosis & treatment.
