i can twist my ankle and it doesn't hurt at all but it causes others pain? my friend went to the duck pond and she wasn't careful and she sprained her but i can twist mine with no issues?

: The ankle's range of motion involves different structures of the joint. Some structures are not involved in twisting movement but these  structure if injured or inflamed may cause ankle pain at certain ankle positions but not when twisting the ankle.

Similar: An ankle sprain results from a temporary mild dislocation of the ankle because the ligaments are stretched beyond their comfort level. If the ankle stays dislocated then there is likely a bone fracture or a complete tear of multiple ligaments.

Ligament Damage: If ankle hurts that much with history of multiple sprains get MRI to check for ligament damage or possible fracture.

Yes, : Yes, that could definitely sprain your ankle.  If you have swelling or persistent pain though be sure to be seen for an x-ray to be sure it isn't broken (fractured).

Difficult to say: If there is significant swelling, you can be developing compartment syndrome which represents a potentially devastating condition that needs emergent treatment. If there is no significant weakness nor swelling, you can probably wait the 3 days.

Not usually: Groin nodes enlarge when the body is trying to clear an inflammation or infection of the limb they drain. An ankle sprain could causes unilaterally swelling (one side only). But one must rule out another cause first (infection particularly)  before attributig it t an ankle injury.

Meniscus : You may have a torn meniscus. Get in to see your doctor or an Orthopedic Surgeon for an evaluation.
