Little pain?: Can be normal , but if it is constant , getting worse , u need to see  u pcp for evaluation and work up.

Contaminated food: Some kind of contamination. This duration of nausea demands follow up examination and likely testing by her MD -- now, not in a few days. Perhaps she has ingested a parasite. See the MD and get treated and well again. Good Luck.

Spider: Spider bites can be nasty. Your symptoms can come from any toxin from almost any spider. Check the bite site and see what is happening there. Given that you have vertigo which you never had before may be a sign of neural toxicity - i would go have this checked.

Pain: Less likely to be SI joint and not at all likely to be piriformis syndrome. Sometimes the SI joint pain may radiate to the groin area but would feel like a deep dull ache. It would increase while bending forward and esp getting out of a chair. There may be tenderness in the back. Please inform us of any aggravation and relieving factors, any other symptoms. That may get you better answers.

: The zygomatic bone connects the bones of the face and forms the outer side of your eye socket and upper part of your cheek. It does not move or shift. The bone does not aid or inhibit swallowing. If you are having joint pain in your mandible please see a local dentist.

you need a thorough history and physical exam and if indicated imaging like MRI or cat scan etc to find the cause and treat it appropriately.

Hard to say: we would certainly consider a combination of problems. We see this sometimes and people who have fibromyalgia and you can discuss this possibility with your physician. The nausea maybe from some other process . I would discuss the possibility with your physician that the joint pain may actually be musculoskeletal pain from widespread myofascial pain that we see in fibromyalgia. A full of valuation may be in order
