Plantar fasciitis?: Plantar fasciitis is a possibility. Usually the feet hurt quite a bit when first standing up in the morning. Pain improves throughout the day, but can persist for weeks. It's caused by inflammation, often by overuse like abruptly starting an exercise regimen. Overall it tends to be more of an annoyance and resolves on its own. Some things that can help are to roll a tennis ball underfoot.

There are different : Causes of neuropathy, some with unknown etiology. A radiculopathy in the back , a ssytemic disease, vitamin deficiency are some reasons. Since ith a pens when you lie down could be related to positional change. Can see if an emg/ncv offers any information.

Doubtful: Numbness is usually nerve mediated.  Sitting in certain positions will compress a nerve leading to neuropraxia, a temporary numbness.  Dont sit in those positions and lose some weight.

hi, after a days work were i'm always on my feet, when i get home i see that only my right foot is blue in colour ? i have very good shoes (bronx shoes) very comfortable, i'm a smoker , can this be bad blood circulation?

Slower return.: It sounds as though the venous blood,(returning to the heart from the leg), may be a bit sluggish. This slowing can cause a blueness to the leg in question. When the foot is elevated, the color should return quickly. Before trying any over the counter treatment, have your foot evaluated for venous return issues.

Check pulse: If you able to feel pulse, then you have a good blood supply.

Circulation to the f: To check circulation you can check your pulses on the top of the foot and on the inside of the ankles. If you can palpate these pulses, then you know you're getting adequate circulation. The best way is to do a dopler or a non-invasive vascular study to determine blood flow and if its adequate.

Circulation: Exercise! any and all forms of cardiovascular exercise. Treadmill, stationary bike, jumping rope...Etc.
